About TL's position
Let's talk a little bit about who TL is and what he does.

The most important thing you should know is that TL is the heart of the Local Committee, because it is in this position that all work with people is based, being a bridge between the EB team and the members.

The most important thing this position teaches is working with people and managing a team.

Because it depends on TL's actions how effectively people will perform their tasks.
And most importantly, TL is able to change what others think is impossible, it's difficult, but nothing is impossible!

TL responsibility:
  • Creating a team work strategy
  • Tracking all process in your project
  • Development of each person in the team
  • Participation in the development of a department or product
  • Fulfillment of MX standards
  • Participation in the Recruitment team or CC-team of the AIESEC IS conference
  • Attending all LC meetings
  • Work ~20 hours a week

OUTGOING GLOBAL TALENT
  1. Synergy with MKT: what goals can be set together, write 3 KPIs for MoRV work, 5 tactics for each of them
  2. Explore and tell us about 6 sales technician. Choose 1 you like and create a presentation for the first call based on it
  3. Run 3 first call simulations as a manager with your presentation from 2 task and get feedback on the criteria: establishing contact, identifying needs, and presenting AIESEC and GT
SMM MARKETING
  1. Create a content plan for the VK group of 4 posts for the GTe product. Develop full-fledged posts that you would post according to your content plan
  2. Analysis of the VK group for the last 3 months and conclusions in 3 areas: statistics, content and the VK group as a channel for SU arrival
  3. Look at the KPIs for the MKT SMM team. For each KPI, write at least 3 tactics or topics for ECD, how will you teach this to your members?
EVENT MARKETING
  1. Take 2 expertises from Event MKT TL in other LCs and write out their 5 BCPs and 5 GCPs about your analysis the funnel from registration for event to SU in this term 25'1. What can you take from them? Write 10 tactics
  2. Describe the profiles for each product (RV, GTe, GTa) according to the following criteria: needs, interests, fears and objections. Write a mini-plan of 2 events for each of these products (a total of 6 events) according to the criteria: topic, name, what benefits the delegates will receive and the event's USP
  3. Look at the KPIs for the MKT OFFLINE team. For each KPI, write at least 3 tactics or topics for ECD, how will you teach this to your members?

  2. Create a timeline for project preparation by month, what you need to focus on in a given month, and what processes are underway
  3. Write down 8 reasons for customers and partners (commercial, content, speakers, and logistics partnerships) why it is beneficial for them to participate in the project
